The research work I have conducted has allowed me to specialize in a wide variety of topics related to health from different disciplines. The courses I design aim to share this information. Using simple and concrete language, I aim to make complex topics accesible to everyone who wants to learn, regardless of prior knowledge.
In this way, I teach about psychotherapy, medical ethnobotany and anthropology, history of medicine, updates on scientific studies regarding the therapeutic applications of psychedelics, worldview of indigenous nations of America, understanding animism as scientific knowledge, traditional indigenous medicine, vegetalismo and other forms of amazonian healing, among others.
None of the courses promote the use of ilegal psychoactive substances that are controlled by Law 20.000 on drugs. Instead, they provide information based on evidence supported by scientific studies, with the aim of educating people and raising awareness about this topic from a health perspective.
